Issues such as balancing problems, knife advancement difficulties, worn parts in the internal advancing mechanism, and unexpected breakages all impact the cutting quality of cigarette and filter rods, thereby affecting the overall quality of the final product. The knife carrier should be disassembled, with all components checked and replaced as necessary. After reassembly, it should be fine-tuned and balanced as the final step.
